Our Values

open bodied + open minded + open hearted

The Practise is the act of showing up, again and again. We offer no quick fixes, no before and afters, The Practise is a commitment to inner and outer work that is constantly evolving.

Our space is a unique character in itself. A restored joinery, the walls of our building echo our ethos: much as joinery is more than simple construction, The Practise goes beyond a workout. Here we learn to move in the way humans are intended to be – graceful, supple and strong.

We are dedicated to being a sanctuary for everyone – show up as you are – we are all here for the practise.
