Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a creative, flowing practice where movement is guided by breath. Each class feels different, with sequences thoughtfully designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and keep you present in the moment. It’s both energising and grounding, helping you find balance in body and mind. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, Vinyasa meets you where you are and carries you into a state of flow.

Warm Slow Flow (28 degrees)

Warm Slow Flow, held in our studio heated to 28°C, offers a mindful, steady-paced sequence that gently links breath with movement. The subtle warmth helps loosen muscles and increase circulation, making it easier to move with greater flexibility and ease while building strength and stability.

This balanced, unhurried flow encourages focus and body awareness, creating space to move intentionally rather than rush. You’ll leave feeling grounded, energised, and refreshed. The perfect blend of calm and strength.

Hot Yoga (38 degrees)

An accessible yoga class in our light, airy studio heated to a toasty 38°. Infrared heat warms your body, not the air you breathe with benefits including increased bloodflow, increased metabolism and detoxification. Expect to sweat and feel the poses at a deeper level. All abilities welcome.

Yin Yoga

A slow, deeply nourishing practice designed to release tension and create space in both body and mind. Postures are held for several minutes, allowing the connective tissues to gently open and the nervous system to settle into stillness. It’s the perfect balance to a busy, fast-paced life. It’s grounding and profoundly calming, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

Warm Yin Yoga (28 degrees)

Warm Yin Yoga enhances the calming, grounding nature of Yin practice in our studio gently heated to 28°C. The warmth helps muscles soften and relax, allowing you to settle more comfortably into longer-held poses while encouraging better circulation and release of tension. The result is a soothing, restorative experience that quiets the mind, eases stiffness, and leaves you feeling balanced, open, and deeply relaxed.
