Comfortable clothes for moving in. Bare feet or grip socks are best. You can buy grip socks at the studio. For reformer classes, please tie back long hair and remove any dangly jewellery.
Yes please, both of our studios are shoe-free spaces. You can store your footwear in the storage provided.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your class so you can check-in and start on time. If you are more than ten minutes late you will not be admitted.
Yes, there is plenty of free parking on site.
We offer weekly pregnancy and postnatal classes, which are specifically designed to support you at this stage of life. If you’d like to join any of our other classes, get in touch or email us hello@thepractise.co.uk so we can guide you to the right ones.
When you arrive, please check yourself in on the tablet in reception.
Everything is provided for you but if you prefer to practise on your own mat, you are welcome to.
Yes! Annual monthly pass holders can put their membership on hold for 30 days, twice a calendar year.
Holds can be requested by emailing hello@thepractise.co.uk — please be sure to give 48 hours notice before the hold date starts. We’re sorry but hold dates cannot be backdated.
Medical holds can be requested with a doctor’s note, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If you cannot make class, please cancel at least 12 hours before the start of your class.
If you’re paying with a membership, your credit will be returned. Those on a 10-class, 5-class or drop-in unfortunately won’t have their credit returned.
