Pregnancy Pilates

Pregnancy Pilates is a nurturing, calming mat class to move your body, ease discomfort and meet other mummas-to-be.

With a blend of self-massage, hypnobirthing techniques, stretching and strengthening Pregnancy Pilates will quickly become your favourite time of the week.

You are invited to stay to share a pot of tea at the end of class, because preparing your body for labour is great, but finding a mum friend to message during the night feeds is priceless.

Postnatal Reformer

A Reformer class that uses all of the Pilates principles and the traditional exercises to create a mindful, balanced workout designed to build strength and build flexibility in a safe, controlled way.

Suitable for postpartum women who have medical clearance to exercise. This is usually 6 weeks postpartum (vaginal birth) or 10 weeks postpartum (caesarean birth)

Pre-crawling babies are welcome to watch from wherever they are most comfortable – bouncer, car seat or playmat.
